1. Introduction

Welcome to Creed. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Creed website, mobile applications, and related services offered by Lemon Tree Labs Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Creed. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. AI Service Disclosure

Creed includes features that use artificial intelligence to generate responses, recommendations, and other content. You are interacting with an AI system and not a human being, even if the experience is designed to feel conversational, personalized, or companion-like.

4. Use of Services

Our services are provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. You may not use Creed to generate, request, encourage, or distribute unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, violent, or self-harm-related content, or to violate the rights or safety of others.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by visiting the account settings in the app or contacting us at [email protected].

6. User-Generated Content

Creed allows you to submit content such as prayers, comments, and other contributions to community features like the Prayer Wall. By submitting content, you grant Lemon Tree Labs Inc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, moderate, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Creed offers optional paid subscriptions and purchases within the app. Most purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing terms, auto-renewal policies, and refund policies. Some purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders. Gift codes and referral rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

8. Safety and Crisis Limitations

Creed is not a replacement for licensed medical, mental health, crisis intervention, emergency, pastoral, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Creed for help in an emergency or crisis. If you are in immediate danger or believe that you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. If you are in the United States or Canada, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

9. Minors

Companion-style AI features may not be suitable for some minors. If we know that a user is a minor, we may apply additional notices, content restrictions, or safety measures. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of our services.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.

12. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe that content available through Creed infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] that includes: (i) a description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing content; (iii) your contact information; and (iv) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe a user has violated these Terms or created a safety, legal, or abuse risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Creed, Lemon Tree Labs Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check our Terms periodically for changes.
