1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases related to Creed, which is built and operated by Lemon Tree Labs Inc. Because how a purchase was made determines who can refund it, please read the section that applies to you below.

2. Purchases Made Through Mobile Apps (Apple & Google)

Subscriptions and in-app purchases made through the Creed iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store, and purchases made through the Creed Android app are processed by Google through the Google Play Store. These purchases are governed by Apple's and Google's respective billing terms, auto-renewal policies, and refund policies. Lemon Tree Labs Inc does not independently process those payments and cannot issue refunds for them.

Each platform has its own eligibility rules, timelines, and process for reviewing refund requests. Their decisions are final and outside of our control.

3. Purchases Made Directly From Creed (Web & Other)

All purchases made directly from Creed (for example, through our website or another non-app-store channel) are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, digital content, gift codes, promotional credits, and referral rewards, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Some of these purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles returns for those orders under its own terms.

You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel an active subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

  • iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  • Web / direct purchases: Manage your subscription from your Creed account settings, or email [email protected] for help.

5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you see a charge you don't recognize, start with the platform that processed the payment: Apple or Google for mobile app purchases, or contact us directly for charges billed by Lemon Tree Labs Inc. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
